Dawnshadow strolled around the open grass with delicate feet, he flicked his tail to Shroudwhisker who was coming up behind him.
''This is where my mother almost killed me for letting that apprentice go....'' he whispered, letting his emotions run through his eyes.
''And where you found her out for doing it.'' he suddenly turned around to face her and grinned. ''You saved my life.''

Shroudwhisker looked at Dawnshadow and smiled
''I'm glad i found you then... you're such a nice cat, it would have been terrible if you died... and if i hadn't met you'' her face suddenly changed to a sad smile at the thought and she bowed her head in a mixture of happiness and sadness.

He nodded to her with the same gentleness he had always given her.
''I am very lucky to have you as my mate.'' he mewed to her with a sweet tone.
He knew that she was the most important thing to him, since she had saved him in more ways than one.
''You are special to me Shroudwhisker.'' he said while tilting his head.

shroudwhisker kept smiling but this time it renewed its glow, she loves him more than she loves anyone.
''well then.. i think i should go back to camp to start a patrol don't you think?'' she questioned.
'' there's been a bit of a fight between windclan and thunderclan lately and i want to make sure nobodys habging around'' she looked up to dawnshadow and smiled one of her signiture smiles

He slowly nodded to her before following her back to camp. ''Mind if I join you?''
he asked her with his same soothing voice. His eyes glowed at the thought of going on patrol with the cat he loved.
